SHARP® Program

​



SHARP® (Success Happens After Realistic Preparation) was created to provide social and educational services to at-risk teens, between the ages of 13 – 18, as an alternative to incarceration. Focusing on two key issues, employment and education, SHARP® provides life essential programs that will equip and properly prepare our teens to be adequate contributors to society as valuable employees and successful business owners.

 

SHARP® currently offers the following programs:



Golden Tongues®: An interactive language learning program where students learn specific languages of other countries and cultures for use in social and business environments.

 

Image®: An innovative job readiness program that provides a holistic and realistic approach to helping participants obtain employment.

 

My Law®: An interactive legal research program that teaches students about the fundamentals of government in preparation to becoming paralegals.

 

Steps®: An interactive substance abuse counseling program that focuses on the root cause of abuse to provide adequate solutions to the problem.

 

Young Entrepreneur Program®: A three phased interactive program where students learn basic to advance entrepreneurial principals and skills through use of board games and actual experience.

 

Young Kings®: A mentoring program that educates teenage males about themselves and the roles they play directly or indirectly in their current society.

Young Queens®: A mentoring program that educates teenage females about themselves and the roles they play directly or indirectly in their current society.

​

Young Techs®: An interactive computer technology program teaching and training students about hardware and software technologies in preparation to becoming IT technicians.
